The air conditioning was a blessing because it was hotter than the sun outside. The towels were so fluffy, they made me feel like I was being hugged by a cloud.

They should have provided a personal masseuse to relieve all the stress from climbing stairs and dealing with confusing WiFi.

I always choose this place because they have helped me with a taxi. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, cookware, and AC. The flat-screen TV and cots are a bonus. No pets or smoking. I'll be back for Christmas!

Spacious apartment with charming 19th-century vibes. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed, like a fridge and coffee machine, making it feel like a home away from home. One morning, we sipped our coffee while basking in the city views from the flat-screen TV. It truly felt like living in a Venetian painting.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the major attractions. Despite the narrow staircase, we managed to navigate it without too much trouble. The bathroom was spacious and the agency where we picked up the keys was conveniently located near the boat stop. I would highly recommend this apartment for a unique and authentic Venetian experience.

There was no elevator in the building, which made carrying our suitcases to the top floor quite challenging. The narrow staircase didn't help either.

I had a fantastic stay! The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to all the major points of interest. I was able to walk to St. Mark's square and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The communication was timely and the key pick up was simple. it was a good value for the money.
